Fresh Fish in Ksamil: Where to Get It (Go to Saranda)
Ksamil is one of the most beautiful places on the Albanian Riviera — three small islands, exceptional water, a high density of villas and apartments. It does not have a proper fish market.
There are car-boot sellers some mornings — a fisherman selling from a cool box roadside. These are genuine and worth using when you find them. But not reliable, not always there, limited to whatever one boat brought in.
The solution: 15 minutes to Saranda
Saranda is a 15-minute drive from central Ksamil (20-25 in summer traffic). Fish Shop Ardit is at Rruga Idriz Alidhima 230.
The morning fish run is standard for Ksamil villa holidaymakers: leave at 8:30 AM, arrive at Ardit when it opens, buy fresh fish, back in Ksamil by 10 with everything sorted for the day.
